Safety Is Our Number One Top Priority
Preventable Accidents
As our above safety motto shows we do not think that any accident is unpreventable. The key to preventing accidents is to first determine what potential accidents exist, and then figure out how to prevent them. A critical part of this process is training employees in safety procedures. This includes more than just wearing safety equipment but also making sure that that equipment is safe to use. The real danger of accidents comes from not knowing how to use equipment in a safe manner. For example, a ladder that is not properly set up is an accident waiting to happen. Making sure that employees know what they are doing is a critical part of safety.
Safety Training
Safety training is an important part of any safety program. Training employees on how to be safe on the job is the most important way of preventing accidents. This is why safety training the most critical part have any safety program. Our safety training program has OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. It also includes rapid response safety training on the job site so that if someone does get hurt, they can be tended to quickly. Safety training involves more than just keeping yourself safe, but also how to keep your fellow employees safe and help them if they do get hurt.
